High back models support the shoulders through long desk sessions, and the better chairs pair that with height adjustable arms and a decent tilt lock. If the user has a difficult back, a dedicated ergonomic posture chair may serve them better than the most impressive looking executive model; comfort outranks presence by hour nine.
