What it costs, how long it takes, and what happens when the van arrives, for mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Standard delivery to mainland Great Britain is free on orders over £29.99, and delivery to Northern Ireland is charged at the rates set out below. This page explains what delivery costs, how quickly your order will arrive, who delivers it, and what to expect on the day.

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not currently deliver internationally.

Orders placed before 5pm, Monday to Friday, are processed the same working day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, are processed the next working day.

Handling takes 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday) before your order is dispatched.

"Working day" means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

The delivery charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery charges are shown excluding VAT, and VAT is added at checkout.

Next working day delivery may be offered at checkout on stocked items, with the price shown before you pay.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, the Scottish islands, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight may carry an additional charge and take longer. The charge and timescale are shown at checkout.

Reception counters are delivered free anywhere in the UK, including Northern Ireland. They are made to order, so please allow 4 to 6 weeks. If you need something by a particular date, tell us before you order and we will confirm whether we can meet it.

Where a product is made to order, the product page gives its lead time, and that lead time applies in place of the standard timescale.

Delivery to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes) is charged as follows.

The £500 is the value of your order excluding VAT. If your order includes both chairs and furniture, the chair charge and the furniture charge both apply.

Next working day delivery is not available to Northern Ireland.

Orders to mainland Great Britain are delivered by one of our courier partners: DPD, Furdeco or Route 1. The courier used depends on the size and weight of your order, and your dispatch email will tell you which one is bringing it.

Furniture orders to Northern Ireland are delivered on a pallet by a pallet carrier.

Most furniture is delivered flat-packed unless the product page says otherwise.

Standard deliveries are kerbside: the courier delivers to outside the property and does not enter the premises. The driver will not carry goods into your building, upstairs, or to a particular room unless you have bought an installation or pre-built service.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery and move the goods inside.

If you would rather your furniture arrived built, or you want it installed in the room where it will live, we offer installation and pre-built services on selected products for mainland Great Britain addresses. Prices are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the product and the quantity.

These services cannot be added at checkout for Northern Ireland addresses. If you would like installation in Northern Ireland, contact us for a quotation.

Installation pricing assumes reasonable access, a ground-floor installation or a usable goods lift for upper floors, and suitable on-site parking. If the details given to us turn out to be wrong and our team cannot complete the work or has to return, additional charges may apply.

For safety reasons we cannot install in an area where other trades are still working. Please make sure the room is clear and accessible before our team arrives.

For larger projects or bespoke installation requirements, contact us for a tailored quotation.

You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. If anything looks wrong, contact us at orders@officeinteriorsolutions.com.

Plans change. If you need to move your order, delivery or installation date, contact us as early as you can and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If a booked installation is cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice, a cancellation charge may apply. Amendments made after a booking is confirmed may affect pricing or lead times.

Unless we have agreed a longer period with you, we will deliver within 30 days of the day your order is accepted. If we miss that, you may treat the contract as at an end and we will refund you in full.

Where a made-to-order lead time is longer than 30 days, that longer period is the agreed delivery period and you will have been told it before you order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and to agree what happens next.

Please check your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us at orders@officeinteriorsolutions.com within 7 days of delivery so we can put it right quickly.
