Choosing a task chair
Adjustability is the whole game. Seat height is a given, but arm height matters just as much, because arms set too high shrug your shoulders all day and arms set too low simply get abandoned. The Ventra and the Portland All Mesh both offer height adjustable arms for exactly this reason. Fit the chair to the person, not the job title. Chairs in shared or shift use take double the wear, and something from the heavy duty range or a 24 hour chair will outlast two ordinary chairs in that role.
