Every boardroom table we sell in one place: Oslo tables in oval, rectangular and square shapes, the Italia range with its heavier architectural bases, Impulse tables for meeting rooms that work hard rather than show off, and Volta versions of all three with pop up power modules set into the top. There are writable high gloss tables here too, for rooms where the table doubles as the whiteboard. If you are furnishing the whole room, the meeting and conference areas hub covers everything around the table as well.
Choosing a boardroom table
Start with the wall you cannot move. A table needs roughly 1200mm of clear space behind every seated person for chairs to push back and people to walk past, so measure the room before you fall for a table. The Oslo square tables come with extension kits, which is the sensible answer for a business that expects to grow: buy the 1600mm square now and bolt on more table when the headcount justifies it.
Think about power before the table arrives, not after. The Volta versions of the Oslo, Italia and Impulse tables carry pop up power modules in the tabletop, so laptops and screens plug in at the table instead of trailing leads to the skirting. If you skip built in power, at least plan the route: our cable management section handles the tidy up. Impulse also makes a height adjustable boardroom table, worth a look for rooms used for standing huddles as much as sit down meetings.
Around the table
Dedicated boardroom tables and the Volta boardroom tables have their own pages if you want to narrow down. Smaller rooms suit meeting room tables, multi use rooms suit folding and flip-top tables, and the chairs live under conference seating and meeting chairs.
Boardroom tables in Belfast and across Northern Ireland
Boardroom tables are the one item we always recommend having installed rather than just delivered, because a wonky joint down the middle of an eight seater is visible from the doorway. Office Interior Solutions supplies and fits across Belfast, Lisburn, Newtownabbey, Bangor, Antrim, Newry and Derry, delivery and installation are included, and the mountain of packaging leaves when we do.
If the room is already booked solid, tell us and we will fit around it: plenty of our boardroom installs happen after five. Measure the room, or just send us the floor plan and ring +44 (0)2890 770019, and we will tell you the biggest table that genuinely fits.
