The category for making a private office feel finished: high back leather chairs like the Savoy and Penza, mesh backed executive chairs like the Sanderson II and Saturn, the Impulse crescent desk workstation to put them behind, and Mawsley and Infinity modular seating for the corner where visitors wait. An executive office quietly sells the company to whoever sits in it, so this page gathers the pieces that do the talking.
Furnishing an executive office
Start with the chair, because it is the piece the occupant touches all day. Leather high backs like the Savoy, Penza and Nola read traditional and authoritative, and wipe clean for years. The Sanderson II and Lula mesh backs read more modern and run cooler, which matters in a south facing office. There is a deeper pool of both under executive chairs and leather office chairs.
The desk sets the tone of the room. The Impulse crescent workstation gives a generous sweep of surface without the bulk of a traditional double pedestal desk, and there are statement pieces under executive desks and high gloss furniture if the room warrants one. Behind the desk, a run of bookcases does more for the video call background than anything else you can buy.
The visitor's side of the room
A proper executive office seats guests as well as the boss. The Infinity modular cubes and sofa chairs and the Mawsley corner units turn a spare corner into a meeting spot that is friendlier than sitting across the desk, with more options under soft seating. If the office hosts formal meetings, a small table from boardroom tables finishes the job.
Executive office furniture in Belfast and across Northern Ireland
Plenty of our executive office jobs are single rooms rather than whole floors, and we treat them exactly the same way: Office Interior Solutions supplies and installs across Belfast, Lisburn, Bangor, Antrim, Derry, Newry and Newtownabbey, with delivery, assembly and packaging removal all part of the service.
These rooms usually belong to somebody busy, so we will fit around the diary, early mornings included. Describe the room or send us a photo and dimensions, or call +44 (0)2890 770019, and we will put together a furniture list you can approve in one look.
