Everything a meeting room needs, in one place: Oslo boardroom tables in oval, rectangular and square, Volta powered tables with pop up sockets in the top, visitor seating from the Swift, Portland and Polly ranges, and the power modules that stop every meeting starting with a hunt for a socket. This is the hub category; if you already know what you are after, jump straight to meeting room tables, boardroom tables or conference seating.
Planning a meeting room
Size the table off the room, not off the headcount you would like. Allow roughly a metre from table edge to wall so chairs pull out without scraping paint, then choose the biggest table that survives that rule. The Oslo oval at 1800mm seats six comfortably; bigger rooms take the 2400mm and up, and the Volta boardroom tables build power and HDMI into the top so laptops connect without a floor full of extension leads.
Seating splits by how long people sit. Short stand up meetings tolerate almost anything; hour long sessions want the padding and cantilever comfort of the Swift or the Portland mesh back. Rooms that flex between meeting and training take stacking Polly chairs and folding and flip top tables that wheel to the wall in a minute. If the room does both jobs weekly, buy for the training layout and let the meetings borrow it, not the other way round.
Chairs and power
Match the table with meeting chairs or the broader visitor and conference chairs range, and sort connectivity at order time from cable management and electrical: pop up modules, under table units and floor boxes all come in finishes that sit well with the tables.
Meeting and conference furniture in Belfast and across Northern Ireland
Office Interior Solutions plan, supply and install meeting rooms across Northern Ireland, with recent jobs in Belfast, Lisburn, Antrim, Bangor and Newtownabbey and further out to Derry and Newry. Boardroom tables arrive in sections and get built in the room, level, aligned and wired, with the packaging gone before your next meeting.
The cheapest mistake to avoid is a table that will not fit through the door or around the stairwell, so send us the room dimensions and a photo of the access and we will spec around both. Ring +44 (0)2890 770019 to talk through the room.
