Brixworth booths in single and two tone fabric: the fully enclosed booth, the bench booth for sitting a pair of people either side of a table, and the open booth for where you want shelter without walls. A booth gives an open plan office the thing it always ends up missing, somewhere to take a call, hold a one to one or concentrate for an hour, without the cost or the planning grief of building an actual room.
Choosing a booth
The full Brixworth booth wraps highest and quietest, the right pick for phone calls and video interviews in a busy office. Bench booths make a semi private meeting spot for two to four people, the diner format that ends up being the most fought over seat in the building. Open booths suit touchdown work and reading, softening noise rather than blocking it. Two tone fabric picks the booth out as a feature; single tone melts it into the soft seating around it.
Booths tame the sound of the people inside them, not the whole floor. If the room itself is loud, treat the space with acoustic solutions, baffles and wall tiles, and use floor screens to break the sight lines between the booth and the busiest desks.
Building out the quiet corner
Booths sit naturally alongside the rest of the Brixworth family: sofas, armchairs and Brixworth coffee tables in matching fabrics, so the breakout corner reads as one designed space rather than a booth parked next to random seating. If you would rather build the corner piece by piece, start from modular seating.
Privacy booths in Belfast and across Northern Ireland
Office Interior Solutions deliver and install booths across Northern Ireland, Belfast, Lisburn, Newtownabbey, Antrim, Bangor, Newry and Derry included. Booths arrive in panels and get assembled where they will live, which matters because a built booth does not go through a standard door, and we check lift and corridor access before the van ever leaves.
If you are carving quiet space out of a noisy floor, send the floor plan and we will suggest where a booth earns its footprint and where a screen would do the same job for less. Ring +44 (0)2890 770019 for a chat about the space.
